Why float buy orders matter
A Factory New Karambit Doppler and a 0.00x Black Pearl are not the same market. YouPin is the only major CS2 marketplace where buyers can attach float, phase, fade and CH filters to a buy order. That bid is the real floor for rare attributes — listing APIs and unfiltered buy orders miss it.
CSPriceAPI maps every YouPin template that exposes a float filter, then stores the top bids per combination. See also YouPin listing prices and completed sales.
Each combination includes
Filter + bid
- Float rangeminAbrade / maxAbrade buckets such as 0.00–0.01 or 0.15–0.18.
- Phase / fade / tierDoppler typeId, Fade % or Case Hardened T1–T4 when the skin supports it.
- Top bid (CNY)Highest purchase price in that filter window.

Filters YouPin actually exposes
Float
Wear buckets from YouPin’s abrade filter. Required — skins without a float buy-order filter are not in this dataset.
Doppler
Phase 1–4, Ruby, Sapphire, Black Pearl, Emerald — combined with a float bucket, never mixed with Fade.
Fade
Fade percentage windows (e.g. 80–90%, 90–100%) plus float, for knives and guns that use Fade.
Case Hardened
T1–T4 tiers (type=3) with the same float ranges — the buy-side signal for blue-gem hunting.

Float buy order questions
What are YouPin float buy orders?+
On YouPin898, buyers can place buy orders that only match a specific float range — for example 0.00–0.01 Factory New or 0.15–0.18 Field-Tested. The top bid for a low-float bucket is often far above the unfiltered buy order for the same skin.
Which extra filters does YouPin support on buy orders?+
Besides float (min/max abrade), YouPin buy orders can be filtered by Doppler / Gamma Doppler phase (Phase 1–4, Ruby, Sapphire, Black Pearl, Emerald), Fade percentage buckets, and Case Hardened tiers (T1–T4). These filters are mutually exclusive by skin type — a Doppler uses phase, a Fade uses fade, a Case Hardened uses tier.
How is this different from regular YouPin buy orders?+
The standard YouPin buy-order feed is one price per market_hash_name. Float buy orders split that into wear buckets (and phase / fade / CH when relevant), so you see what buyers actually pay for a 0.00x Karambit versus a 0.06 FN of the same name.
How is this different from float-ranged listing prices?+
Float-ranged listing prices are asks (what sellers list at). Float buy orders are bids (what buyers are willing to pay) inside the same float window. Together they show the real spread for low floats, Dopplers and crafts.
Is there an API for YouPin float buy orders?+
The dataset is live and being rolled out. Join Discord for early access; a dedicated REST endpoint will sit next to GET /v1/prices/youpin/buyorder and the existing float-ranged listing endpoints.
How often is the data updated?+
Each float / phase / fade combination is scraped from YouPin’s public buy-order pages. Snippets on this page refresh about every 15 minutes. Full-catalogue coverage is expanding as more combinations are collected.
