CSPriceAPI is operated by CSPriceAPI, Landlweg 13, 4931 Mettmach, Austria.

1. Acceptance

By using CSPriceAPI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service

CSPriceAPI provides CS2 skin market data via a REST API. Access is subject to your plan limits and fair use policies.

3. API Keys & Usage

You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. Do not share keys publicly. Every plan allows 10 requests/second; exceeding the limit may result in temporary throttling.

4. Data

Data is provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness. Use at your own risk for trading or investment decisions.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or abuse of the service.

6. Plans and payments

Plans, prices and what each plan includes are listed on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. A free 2-day test key can be created instantly in the #get-testkey channel on the Discord: it covers every endpoint except price history, with sales data limited to the last 24 hours.

Payments are non-refundable: we don't refund the current or past billing periods. You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Use the free 2-day test key to try the API before you buy. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
